PropIQ began with three founders from different corners of the world, united by the immigrant experience: resilience, curiosity and the search for belonging.
Like many Australians, we fell in love with property but quickly saw how inaccessible real insight was: slow, unequal and reserved for those with connections. So we built what we wished existed.
PropIQ began as our way to make sense of planning, value and potential. Then we realised the struggle wasn't ours alone; renters, buyers, sellers and investors all faced it. Today, PropIQ exists to change that.
