A blank chat box is a hard place to start
Three short journeys, buy, invest and rent, so PropIQ's first answer starts from what you told it.
Starting a property search with a blank chat box is harder than it sounds. "Help me find a rental" gets you a pile of follow-up questions before anything useful happens.
We wanted the first answer from PropIQ, the AI chat in PiFi Property, to start in the right place.
So we built three short journeys: buying a home, buying an investment property, and renting. You answer a handful of questions. It's mostly taps, and suburbs are picked from a list. Why are you moving? Lease ending, need more space, rent too high? Where do you work? Which suburbs are you open to? The questions change with your answers, so someone whose rent is too high gets asked where they live now, and you can skip what doesn't apply.

At the end, PropIQ already knows the shape of what you need, so its first answer starts from what you told it instead of with an interview.
If you're working out how to start looking for a home, that's the short version. Pick the journey that fits, answer a few questions, and the first answer you get is about your search, not a list of questions back.
For you, that's less back and forth and a more useful first answer.
If you're about to start looking, try the one that fits you: pifiproperty.com/start/buy, /start/invest or /start/rent.
