Who actually suits you?
A list of names doesn't tell you who suits you. Each partner card now shows how well they fit, and why.
We wanted PropIQ, the AI chat in PiFi Property, to help you take the next step with the right person, a mortgage broker or a selling agent, without the guesswork.
The hard part of picking a professional is that you usually don't know who suits your situation until you've spent time talking to them. Whether you're trying to find a mortgage broker or compare real estate agents before you sell, a list of names doesn't tell you much.
So when you ask PropIQ to connect you, each partner card now shows how well they fit what you've told it, like "80% Strong Fit". Tap "See why" for the two or three reasons behind it. PropIQ works it out from your chat and the partner's own profile.

How does the match work? Each card gets a percentage and a band. Strong Fit is 75% and up, Good Fit 50 to 74%, Partial Fit 25 to 49%, and Weak Fit is anything under 25%.
To be clear, it's not a score of anyone's work. It's PropIQ's read on how well their focus lines up with you, and we say so under the cards.
Before you tap, we also tell you exactly what the partner will see: your messages there, the PropIQ answer it starts from, your name and email, the preferences you've shared and the homes you've recently viewed.
The government's Moneysmart site suggests asking a broker how they get paid and why they recommended a loan. Our view is that those questions go better with someone who already suits you.
What you get is a better first conversation, with someone who suits you, and no surprises.
