The hardest message in a chat is the second one
You've got your answer, and now there's a blank box. PropIQ's answers can now end with up to three next steps.
We built PropIQ, the AI chat in PiFi Property, so anyone could get proper property answers just by asking. What we didn't think enough about was the second question.
You ask something, you get a good answer, and then there's a blank box. If you're a first home buyer, or new to investing or selling, you often don't know what you don't know. Working out what to ask when you're buying a house is half the job, and a blank box doesn't help with that.
So PropIQ's answers can now end with up to three next steps you can tap. They're written in your words, like "Just curious what it's worth" or "I'm selling", and one tap sends it as your next message, exactly as if you'd typed it. Once you move on, the buttons turn into short notes on what each step would have covered, so nothing's lost if you went another way.

Here's one from a buying chat. After PropIQ talks through the deposit and likely repayments, the next steps read "Estimate safe max price", "Compare deposit options" and "Show homes around $900k".
For you, the chat keeps moving, and the next useful question is already there when you need it. You can still ignore them and type whatever you like.
It works whether you're buying, investing, renting or thinking about selling. Have a chat with PropIQ at pifiproperty.com
